How It Works
- AbsoluteProof for FileNet P8 works as part of a workflow in the background of the FileNet P8 platform
- All records stored in the system are automatically time stamped (sealed) by the AbsoluteProof service
- AbsoluteProof Integrity Seals are an effective deterrent to electronic record tampering
- The confidential nature of data sealed by the AbsoluteProof service never leaves the FileNet P8 infrastructure during “sealing” and is never seen by Surety
- The Seal resides with the data in the P8 content repository for later use and validation
- Validate the seal to prove that the documents and files are accurate and have not been tampered
- Any third party can validate the content of the Seal with the freely available, downloadable AbsoluteProof Viewer
Licensing
- AbsoluteProof for Xerox DocuShare is licensed on a transaction basis
- Licenses can be purchased for 1 or 2 years
- Each license includes all service updates and full technical support for the license duration
