How It Works
- AbsoluteProof for Xerox DocuShare works as part of a workflow in the background of the DocuShare platform
- AbsoluteProof automatically hashes electronic records inside DocuShare
- Hash is sent to Surety’s AbsoluteProof Data Integrity Protection service over a secure Internet connection
- Client receives the cryptographic token (Integrity Seal) from Surety
- Seal is stored in a repository or as a metadata with the electronic record
- Validate the seal to prove that the records, documents or files are accurate and have not been tampered
- Any third party can validate the content of the seal with the freely available, downloadable AbsoluteProof Viewer
Licensing
- AbsoluteProof for Xerox DocuShare is licensed on a transaction basis
- Licenses can be purchased for 1 or 2 years
- Each license includes all service updates and full technical support for the license duration
